2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 can (15 ounces) pure pumpkin (not pie filling!)

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
12 Tablespoons butter, softened at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons cream, half-and-half, or milk
6 cups unsifted powdered sugar


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
