5 Ingredient Blender Mini Muffins Recipe (Gluten & Grain Free!)

Got 5 minutes? Throw these 5 ingredients into a blender and you will have peanut butter/banana mini muffins before you know it. They are also gluten & grain free! The perfect healthy snack.

Serves: 24 mini muffins


1 cup peanut butter
2 medium sized bananas (ripe is sweeter!)
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
dash of vanilla, optional
mini chocolate chips, optional

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease your mini muffin pan.
